Licensed in all state courts in Kentucky, U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Kentucky, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit

Daniel was born in So. California and moved to Lexington, Kentucky with his family in 1993 when he was 13.  Daniel has three brothers, a wife, a son, and other family members that live in the area.  In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family and dogs, Maddie and Chewie.

Daniel's first legal job was as a public defender in the Morehead Field Office in 2005.  In 2007, he opened his own law office in Mount Sterling.  In 2012, Daniel moved his law practice to Lexington, Kentucky, where he continues to practice law today.
